Return and Refunds Policy

  • Application for Return of Goods/ Refunds

    Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return Goods and Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Buyer may apply for the return of the purchased goods ("Goods") and/or a refund prior to the expiry of the Kelas Digital Marketplace Warranty Period. Kelas Digital Marketplace Guarantee is a service provided by Kelas Digital, at the request of the User, to assist the User in handling certain conflicts that may arise during the course of the transaction. Users can apply for Return of Goods and/or Funds through the LinkAja application. Kelas Digital team will also assist the User to resolve disputes that occur before, during or after using Kelas Digital Marketplace Warranty.

  • Requests for Return of Goods and/or Refunds

    The Buyer may only apply for the return of Goods and/or a refund in the following circumstances:   The Goods have not been received by the Buyer;    The Goods are defective and/or damaged upon receipt;    The Seller has delivered Goods that do not conform to the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.) to the Buyer;    The Goods delivered to the Buyer are materially different from the description provided by the Seller in the Goods listing; or    The Goods are sold by a Seller who is subject to a Return Free Guarantee and fall within the categories listed in the Return Free Guarantee.  The Buyer's application must be submitted through the Site. Kelas Digital will review each Buyer's request on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not the Buyer's request is successful.  If the Buyer has commenced legal action against the Seller, the Buyer may provide formal notice from the appropriate authorities to Kelas Digital to request that Kelas Digital continue to withhold purchase money until a formal determination is available. In its sole and absolute discretion, Kelas Digital will determine whether it is necessary to continue to withhold the purchase money.

  • Seller Rights

    When Kelas Digital receives a request from a Buyer for the return of Goods and/or a Refund, Kelas Digital will conduct a review/inspection and make a decision on the Buyer's request. The decision will then be communicated to the Seller and the Buyer in writing via Kelas Digital website. If Seller objects to the decision made by Kelas Digital, Seller may respond to Buyer's request in accordance with the steps provided by Kelas Digital in the written notice. The Seller must respond within the time period set out in the written notice ("Stipulated Time Period"). If Kelas Digital does not hear from the Seller within the Stipulated Time Period, Kelas Digital will assume the Seller has no further response to the Buyer's request and will proceed to render a decision on the Buyer's request without further notice to the Seller.

  • Refunds

    In some cases, Kelas Digital team may refund to the Buyer before the goods are received by the Seller or without returning the goods to the Seller. However, the Seller can still appeal to Shopee by providing valid supporting evidence. If the evidence is valid and the appeal is approved, then Kelas Digital will release the funds to the Seller's balance.

  • Applicability of Provisions

    The Merchant agrees and understands that all the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy apply to every Merchant, including Mall Merchants and overseas Merchants. Recently Update: 8 March 2024

If you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid. Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 14-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment), no refund will be payable.
